PACEY knows that access to IT equipment can be a challenge for members given the cost of buying or replacing digital devices and kit. The move towards delivery of training online, digital resources and email updates in recent years can mean, for those who do not own a laptop, computer or tablet, that this is a barrier to deliver services and keep up to date.

PACEY is working with Computer Recyclers UK Ltd who run the Get Online @ Home initiative to enable PACEY members access to discounted refurbished equipment.

The mission of Get Online @ Home is to help close the digital divide by making technology affordable and accessible for all. They believe that access to computers and the internet should be considered a fundamental right, enabling individuals to communicate, learn, work, and thrive in today’s connected world.

Eligibility

Computer Recyclers UK Ltd have agreed that they are able to open up all their discounted offers to PACEY members avoiding the need for further eligibility checking. In addition to the published costs on the website PACEY members can save a further 5% using the discount code PACEY5. Please note for those using the code PACEY membership may be checked.
